Now what?

You’ve learned valuable tools to manage your emotions, cope with distress, and improve your relationships. But maintaining these skills and applying them to real-life situations can be challenging.

That’s where our DBT Graduate Group comes in.

This group is a supportive community for individuals who have completed at least one cycle of DBT and are looking to continue their journey toward mental health and well-being. Here, you’ll have the opportunity to:

  • Reinforce DBT skills: Practice and refine the skills you’ve learned in your DBT program.
  • Apply skills to real-life situations: Learn how to apply DBT skills to everyday challenges and stressors.
  • Connect with others: Build relationships with people who understand what you’re going through.
  • Receive ongoing support: Get guidance and encouragement from a skilled therapist and your fellow group members.

Our group is designed to provide a safe and supportive space for you to continue your DBT journey.

We’ll work together to:

  • Set goals: Establish personal goals for your continued growth and development.
  • Practice DBT skills: Review and practice DBT skills in a group setting.
  • Problem-solve: Work together to address challenges and find effective solutions.
  • Offer support: Provide support and encouragement to each other as we navigate our journeys.

By joining our DBT Graduate Group, you’ll be taking a proactive step toward maintaining your mental health and well-being. We look forward to supporting you on your journey!
