Full-Time Child and Adolescent Clinical Director

MindWell NYC is looking for a full-time licensed psychologist to be our Child and Adolescent Clinical Director. This role includes both a director and a therapy component. The Child and Adolescent Clinical Director is responsible for overseeing and managing the clinical staff seeing child, adolescent, and parent coaching CBT and DBT cases at MindWell NYC. The Child and Adolescent Clinical Director will develop, plan, and implement strategies for MindWell’s growth. They will provide clinical supervision and training to trainees and staff.

The role additionally includes working with children, adolescents, and adults to provide CBT and DBT in person and via telehealth. This position offers the flexibility of outpatient private practice along with the benefit of joining the team of a quickly growing community of compassionate clinicians. We work with an array of clients from all over the New York metropolitan area with various presenting problems.

Start Date: ASAP

Compensation: Range from $160K-$190K/year commensurate with experience

QUALIFICATIONS:

New York State licensed psychologist with at least 3 years of experience post-licensure from an accredited program with CBT and DBT training. Preference for someone having taken the DBT Foundational or Intensive Training and participated on a DBT consultation team for at least two years. Must be flexible, independent, collaborative, and interested in working as a team player.

Full-Time Licensed Clinician Position

MindWell NYC, a group private practice located in Manhattan, NY is looking for a licensed full-time clinician proficient in working with children, adolescents, and adults to provide CBT and DBT. This position offers the flexibility of outpatient private practice along with the benefit of joining the team of a quickly growing community of compassionate clinicians. We work with an array of clients from all over the New York metropolitan area with various presenting problems. You will have ongoing consultation, didactics, and case conceptualization meetings to further develop your skills. There will also be opportunities for taking on leadership roles and program development as you gain experience at the practice.

Compensation: Starting at $100K/year commensurate with experience

Postdoctoral Fellowship Position in CBT and DBT

MindWell NYC, a specialized group private practice, is looking for a license-eligible full-time postdoctoral fellow proficient in working with children, adolescents, and adults to provide CBT and DBT. This position offers flexibility in scheduling, experience working in a private practice setting, and additional training in CBT, DBT, and mindfulness-based approaches across the lifespan from a DBT-Linehan Board of Certification, Certified Clinician™. We offer excellent compensation and benefits.
