You’ve finished at least one cycle of DBT Skills Group! Congratulations! Now what?
This group is for people who have completed at least one cycle of DBT and are looking to maintain gains and have continued support in a group setting. We set agendas each week based on situations that group members would like help problem solving and applying DBT skills to. Skills are reviewed as needed. Group members are asked to commit to at least 4 sessions over the course of 8 weeks.
