CBT Group for Disordered Eating
This 10-session Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) group will help adults with disordered eating understand the patterns and thoughts that are keeping you stuck and learn strategies to heal your relationship with food and your body.
- You will learn:
- Principles of regular eating
- Ways to build a healthier relationship with food
- Coping skills to manage over and under eating
- Ways to decrease body image distress
- Mindfulness, self-compassion, and acceptance practices
Ages 18+ welcome
