Adult DBT Skills Intensive

Are you looking for a quick way to learn or brush up on your DBT skills?
Our DBT Summer Intensive is an in-person group focused on learning mindfulness, distress tolerance, and emotion regulation skills. Join others who are excited and motivated to use their available summer time to become better able to move towards their goals.
This group is great for people who are new to skills, who have had skills but want to brush up, or college-aged students headed back to school! Having an outside therapist is not necessary to participate.
When: Mondays through Thursdays 10:30 AM – 12PM starting July 22 and ending August 1 (two weeks)
Where: Online
Who: Adults age 18-30
