DBT Multi-Family Skills Group – Older Teens

Improve communication in your family and spend a more pleasant time with your teenager using this 24-week group.
We’ll help your child learn how to manage their emotions so they can avoid unhealthy coping behavior. Your child will learn skills to identify and regulate emotions, decrease problem behaviors, gain and maintain healthy relationships, and identify goals. You and your child will also learn skills to validate yourselves and others and to apply rewards and consequences appropriately at home.
These groups are currently run in person!
