Adult DBT Skills Group
Are you having a difficult time regulating your emotions, managing relationships, or identifying your goals?
This 24-week group includes the full DBT skill set of mindfulness, distress tolerance, emotion regulation, interpersonal effectiveness, and middle path skills. We will teach you skills to identify and regulate emotions, decrease problem behaviors, gain and maintain healthy relationships, identify goals, and build a life worth living.
If you will be joining a skills group you will need to purchase the Skills Training Handouts Book. You may also be interested in getting more familiar with the ideas and skills of DBT before joining, and this is a great place to start. Please click here to purchase.
