Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)

DBT includes individual therapy, skills training class, phone coaching, and treatment by a team. DBT teaches you skills for managing emotions and behaviors creating a great deal of stress in your life. Our team leader, Dr. Rachel Hutt, is a DBT-Linehan Board of Certification Certified Clinician™.

We offer a variety of mindfulness-based treatments. Mindfulness-based cognitive therapy (MBCT) is designed to teach you how to relate to your thoughts differently and to live in the moment, helping to reduce and prevent depression and anxiety. Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) assists with letting go of what cannot be changed and taking steps toward creating the life you want to live.
