DBT Summer Intensive
Trying to figure out how to make the most of your summer? Do you struggle to manage your emotions? Want to use your summer to focus on your mental health?
We are offering a 1-week DBT Skills Intensive Group from 7/28/25-8/1/25 to sharpen your coping skills and hit the ground running in the Fall!
- Ages: 18+ welcome
- 5x/week from 9am-12pm
- Co-led by Dr. Gillian Sternheim & Dr. Shannon Walsh
If you will be joining the intensive, you will need to purchase the Skills Training Handouts Book. You may also be interested in getting more familiar with the ideas and skills of DBT before joining, and this is a great place to start.
