Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) Group

MindWell NYC is offering a 10 week ACT-based skills group to help adults practice mindfulness, identify their values, and make meaningful behavioral changes. Ages 18+ welcome.  The group will meet on Monday evenings.
