Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) Online Group
MindWell NYC is offering an 8-week Online ACT-based skills group to help adults practice mindfulness, identify their values, and make meaningful behavioral changes. Ages 18+ welcome. The group will meet virtually on Wednesday evenings from 6pm-7:15pm.
